Hoppertown and the Horseradish Twins

Description

The "Horseradish Twins", James “Floyd” (1879-1955) and Roscoe “Ross” LaPard (1881-1956), along with their brother Emery, were fiddlers and square dance callers who entertained in the West Michigan area in the teens through the 1930s. One of the spots they frequented was an area on Reeds Lake at an out of the way place known as "Hoppertown".
